Hello,
At first thanks for this great software. It is so useful. But, I have an issue about library organization. The only negative side of this software is organization for me. I would like to ask you a feature.
There are lots of TimelineFX libraries on this website. I downloaded all of them and I use most of them. But, some libraries have the same items (so there are duplicates), they refer the same topic and it is hard to find an item in all libraries etc. A neat and built-in effects tree, would be great.
For example,
[-]Fire Effects
— Smoke
— Magic Fire
— Fire Place
[+] Water Effects
[+] Explosions
etc.
Also, a search box would be great.
Thanks!
I agree with @FireX, the library could do with some added features for simplicity. I wanted to add a new library and the only way to organize it into a folder, is to import the entire library and then drag each and every effects into a new folder. Why not allow the entire folder to import in the first place?
Downside of dragging all the effects into a folder, apart from it’s extremely time-consuming, it crashes almost every time I drag more than 5 or so files.
Please provide an update with some attention given to better organizing the library effects, thank you.
Hi, I’ll take a look and see what I can do regarding this.
