Hello,
1) Is there a way to slow down or speed up an effect uniformly, either to alter the entire effect or as a preview feature?
I wanted to see how an effect I created would look like slowed down 4X , but in order to do that, I had to change size overtime, alphas, amount and some other variables as well for each of the 3 effects and emitters.
2) I’ve noticed that sometimes after I input a number like .25; it’ll be changed to .248536. What’s the reason for this and is there a way to stop this?
Thank you
Unfortunately there’s no way of changing the play back speed for effects other then doing it manually which it sounds like you already tried.
Was there somewhere specific where you were inputing the numbers, I’m assuming on the node graphs? And also are you on Mac or PC, couldn’t find anywhere on PC to recreate it but maybe it’s a Mac issue with floating point numbers which I can check.
1) That’s too bad. If it’s not too much trouble, could you please include a slow down/speed up feature in the update for TimelineFX you’re currently working on.
2) Yes, I’m inputing the numbers on the node graphs, with right click , input values then manually typing them in. I am on a Mac.
