The issue is that each frame on that animation strip isn’t an equal size, and if you divide 854 by 3 if gives 284.66 so 3 frames don’t quite go. I modified the image to 855 wide and moved the frames a little bit so they fit into each frame a little better. So to import, use 285 x 646 and 3 frames:
