Hi, it depends how you’re making the effect. I would use a point effect and on the effect tab untick auto centre and set either the handle x or handle y to the size of the radius you want. Make sure the particle is set to relative under the Particle tab then use the Effect Angle graph to setup how the effect rotates with the starting and end angles.
